An American Global Food Corporation has chosen to integrate a Hi-Vac Central Vacuum System into a brand new Michigan production facility based on their past experience with Hi-Vacs in other plants throughout their system. The accompanying piping manifold system was custom designed by FR&S and Hi-Vac for their specific operational needs and tailored to the new building and production machinery arrangement. They have chosen to "permanently" install a portable (by lift truck), 40 HP, Common Frame style system (pictured above) that will easily handle the 29-inlet manifold system that covers 6 floors with nearly 1,200 linear feet of piping.

A major worldwide glass container manufacturer has once again chosen HI-VAC and FR&S to design and supply a new vacuum manifold system to support a new furnace and batch house installation in their Illinois facility.

The system is anchored by a Heavy-Duty 50 HP Industrial HI-VAC 800 Series Vacuum System and features schedule 40 carbon steel piping with "wearback" sweep elbows and lateral connections to handle the highly abrasive glass cullet and mixed batch.

HI-VAC & FR&S have supplied over 30 similar systems to this manufacturer alone across their North American operations.
